Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We confirm the order by email or WhatsApp once payment is received. If an item is unavailable we will contact you to replace it or refund it. Prices are in Nigerian naira (₦) and include the product only; delivery is arranged separately.
Herbal products
Our herbs, teas and blends are traditional food and herbal preparations, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the product page and the precautions before use. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure, speak to your doctor first. Products labelled adults only are not for under-18s.
Payment
We accept card payments through Paystack and bank transfer. Card details are handled by Paystack and are not stored on this site. Orders are packed once payment has cleared.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged with you after checkout — dispatch rider or Uber in Abuja, or a courier to other cities. The fee is confirmed with you on contact and is paid directly to the rider or courier. Abuja orders above ₦120,000 are delivered free. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Returns
Returns are handled under our Returns Policy.
Liability
We pack every order with care but are not liable for delays caused by a rider, courier or event outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the products in that order, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
